How does the Pro subscription work?
Pro is billed yearly and renews automatically from the same card; we warn you at least three days before each charge. While your subscription is active you get the updates released during the paid period. Cancel any time in your account: there are no further charges, and the license continues to work until the end of the paid period. After that the app keeps working on the Base tier.
How do I manage my subscription?
Everything is in your account. It shows how long the license runs and when the next charge is due, and it is where you cancel — at any time, with no email to support. Devices are managed there too: release an old device to free a slot for a new one.
Can I move Pro to a new machine?
Yes. Deactivate on the old device and activate on the new one. A Pro license covers 3 devices at a time.
Do I need to subscribe separately for each OS?
No. One Pro subscription works on macOS, Windows and Ubuntu.
